Return Policy

Please be aware that as all my work is completely handmade and subject to the whims of the kiln gods, there can be irregularities in color, surface, and shape.  This is the beauty of handmade pottery- each piece has its own unique style and character.  Any actual faults in glaze or construction will be noted on the product description and are not grounds for a refund.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the date of delivery and must be accompanied by a proof of purchase such as the receipt or order confirmation.

Returns must be in brand new condition with no signs of use or wear.  Pieces with damage occurring from use will not be eligible for refund.

Shipping fees are non-refundable and the customer must pay the cost of return shipping.  Sarah Reesor Ceramics is not responsible for any damage that occurs from return shipping. It is strongly recommended that you pack return items very securely and include insurance on the package.

If merchandise has been damaged during shipping, a refund or replacement can be arranged- you must contact me at sarahspottery@gmail.com or with the below contact form within 24 hours of the delivery and provide photos of the exterior and interior of the box as well as the damaged merchandise.

All personalized pottery and custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

If an order is canceled before the product has shipped the purchase will be refunded.
